Article 3 – Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by the business and any contract concluded with consumers at a distance. Before finalizing a contract, these terms will be made available electronically or otherwise.
Article 4 – Offers
Offers are non-binding. The business reserves the right to modify offers at any time. All offers clearly state the total cost, including shipping fees and any applicable duties or charges.
Article 5 – Agreement
An agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions. The business will immediately confirm acceptance via email.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from receiving the product, without providing a reason. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Article 7 – Refunds
The business will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Article 8 – Customs and Import Fees
The customer is solely responsible for complying with all legal obligations related to importing goods into their country, including any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges.
The business provides necessary shipping documents but cannot guarantee compliance with local import regulations. Customers should verify import requirements before placing an order.
Article 9 – Product Compliance and Warranty
The business guarantees that products comply with the contract and applicable Australian laws. Complaints regarding defects must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Article 10 – Delivery
Orders are delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. In case of delays, the business will inform the consumer within 14 days of the order date.
Orders are shipped so that the customer is the recipient and legally responsible for any import procedures. The business ensures products are shipped in compliance with shipping regulations but is not responsible for customs delays.
Failure to comply with customs obligations does not justify canceling the order or requesting a refund.
Article 11 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of detecting the issue. The business will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, an estimated resolution time will be provided.
